I am a physicist interested in understanding and improving quantum computers. In particular, I model quantum devices using open quantum systems theory, use error suppression to enhance their performance, and try to find near-term and long-term applications.
I got my Ph.D. in Physics under Daniel Lidar’s guidance at the University of Southern California. I have an M.Sc. in Physics from the University of New Mexico and a B.A. in Physics and Mathematics from Carleton College.
